STAFF REGISTERED NURSES
Shall be responsible for delivering patient care through the
development of the nursing process: assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluating care; shall direct and guide patient
care and teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel while
maintaining standards of professional nursing. Current California RN
license required. Benefited and non-benefited positions available.
LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES
The LVN is a member of the nursing team who would provide technical
nursing care to the Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care and Acute Care
units and the Lake Almanor Clinic. Current California LVN license
required.
CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANTS
The C.N.A. is a member of the nursing team at the basic level of
responsibility who would carry out tasks supportive and
complementary to nursing practices under the direction of a
Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Current California
C.N.A. license required.
RESPIRATORY THERAPIST - Per Diem
Will execute duties and responsibilities
of a Respiratory Care Practitioner in accordance with policies
and procedures of the Respiratory Care Department; evaluate
patients and perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic
procedures; recommend optional therapeutic regimens; provide
appropriate documentation of care according to department
guidelines; communicate effectively with other health care
professionals. Must have current certifications: California
Respiratory Care Practitioner, CPR, Neonatal Resuscitation
Provider (NRP) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
